Meet Dance Fredericton's Instructors 2010 - 2011


Mrs. Sylvia Logan

Dance Fredericton is very lucky to have Sylvia Logan as an associate Artistic Director!  Mrs Logan founded Rothesay Ballet School and has been the artistic force behind it for the last 32 years.  She founded Gala Ballet Company which is devoted to promoting the art of dance within the community.  

Most recently Mrs. Logan has been appointed a Mentor with the Royal Academy of Dance to assist in the training of student teachers!




Allison Toogood

Allison joins Dance Fredericton with 15 years experience in advanced dance, including Jazz, Ballet, Hip-Hop, Tap, Lyrical/Contemporary and Modern. She has danced across Canada in various recitals and shows.

She is a former member of Moncton’s DancEast Young Company and has performed in DancEast’s version of the Nutcracker and Clara’s Dream for 12 years.

Allison is the current President and avid member of UNB/STU Dance. Her dance specialities are Jazz, Lyrical/Contemporary and Hip-Hop.
